ForgAI 6-Month Beta → $50M Exit Plan — User Guide

Purpose

Track your execution against the canonical 26-week plan from **beta launch (July 2026)** to **$50M exit target (January 2027)**.

Getting started

1. Run `node build-app.mjs` then open the app (see README).

2. Start on **Dashboard** — see exit target, current week, plan MRR curve.

3. Go to **Track Metrics** — enter your real MRR, customers, enterprise logos.

4. Click **Save metrics** — data persists in your browser (localStorage).

5. Use **Week 1 Checklist** — check off launch blockers as you complete them.

Views

Weekly rhythm

1. Update **current week** every Monday.

2. Enter **MRR and customers** from your CRM/spreadsheet.

3. Compare delta on the metrics card — green = ahead, red = behind.

4. Open the week detail for that week's tasks and gate.

Export

**Export JSON** downloads `forgai-exit-plan-actuals.json` for your data room or advisor.

Limitations

  • This tracker does not connect to Stripe, bank, or CRM.
  • Plan targets are **assumptions**, not guarantees.
  • A $50M exit requires execution outside this app (sales, legal, diligence).
