Grade A/A+ and PRODUCTION_VALIDATED require an official benchmark, independent reproduction, and external validation — none available in this environment. This outcome is verified internally against the real tools and is fully reproducible, which is exactly Grade C.

Disclosed seams

1. Verification uses disposable fixtures plus one real outcome, not every package.
2. The Grade A/A+ and PRODUCTION_VALIDATED paths are defined but not exercised.
